We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, build a profile, or use our modules (e.g., TaskFlow, On-Call). This may include your name, contact details, professional credentials, and any operational data entered into the platform.
When MCCore processes Protected Health Information on behalf of a Covered Entity, we do so strictly in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the terms of our Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and secure our platform; to provide customer support; to send administrative notifications; and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
We employ enterprise-grade, SOC 2 compliant security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls to safeguard your data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
