Welcome to MCCore Technologies. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MCCore platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MCCore is an enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. Access is granted pursuant to an enterprise agreement between your organization and MCCore Technologies. Your right to use the platform is subject to your organization's ongoing compliance with that agreement.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes related to healthcare operations. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform, or use the platform to transmit malicious code.
Users must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials. All processing of patient data is governed by HIPAA regulations and the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) in place with your health organization.
MCCore Technologies retains all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, including all associated intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCCore Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
