Yes. MCCore e-signatures comply with the ESIGN Act and UETA standards. Each signature is stored with timestamp, IP address, user identity, and device fingerprint — the same evidence used in federal court. We provide signature certificates with every PDF export.
Yes. Forms can be published as public links (no login required) or restricted to authenticated MCCore users. Public forms are rate-limited and bot-protected. All submissions go into the same HIPAA-compliant audit trail regardless of whether the submitter has an account.
Forms Engine encrypts all field data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). PHI fields can be flagged for additional access restrictions. All access is logged. We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and provide full HIPAA documentation for your compliance team.
